Yes. Selective land clearing, brush removal, and site preparation remain part of our service offering. Clearing can stand alone or prepare for access, hardscape, or a larger landscape project. We agree on the areas to clear and what should be retained before work begins.

Yes. Share your plans and the people already involved. We discuss the construction scope and coordinate with your designer, engineer, builder, and specialty trades. Any required professional design or regulated specialty work is assigned to appropriately qualified providers as part of the agreed scope.

We consider the agreed scope, quantities, terrain, access, preparation, materials, drainage needs, and finish details. Rock excavation, hauling, and plant establishment can also affect the work. We review the site and any design requirements before providing project-specific pricing.

Bring the project location, a description of the work, approximate dimensions or quantities, and any plans or reference photos you already have. Share your preferred timing and let us know if another builder, designer, or trade is involved. You don’t need every detail settled to start.

Online booking is for an initial project consultation. Work dates are confirmed separately after the scope, estimate, material needs, and project dependencies have been reviewed.

We agree on the portions Steelbloom is responsible for and the handoffs to other contractors, design professionals, or specialty trades. If the work changes, scope, price, and schedule implications are discussed before that change becomes part of the plan.
